The facility was beautiful and clean however, the staff in the women's locker room were not very helpful since it was my first time there. I had to figure out the locker usage with the wrist watch by my self. They should definitely be more informative and helpful to first timers.
Always a great time at the spa castle. Sometimes I wish we had kids not run all over the place but it was cool

Loved this place in the past. Drove all the way there for the power to be out. Couldn’t even give us a time when it would be back on. Had people waiting for hours! All they gave you was a coupon to come back for 30% off entry next time.... should have also given 30% off treatments or something also!! They also should have posted the outage on the fb page so people would have known!!

feels like only early morning spa can do me a "piece of mind" moment, this place is always packed with abnormal group of people. Well, don't wanna be discriminating again particular type of people, but i wanna say that people there were flicking me out cuz "too touchy".....:*(.... I am thinking to just install a sauna at home now.
