Everything was great besides the lady in the lady's section who gives out towels. She wasn't friendly at all. When I asked for something, she didn't even look up at me. Very discrepectful. The food was good. Even though there were over a thousand people, it still didn't feel too overcrowded.

Love Spa Castle! Such an easy way to lose 9 hours! Something to do on every floor. It tends to get very crowded mid day on the weekend but still worth the trip.

Had a great time despite my not being a good relaxer. The saunas were beautiful and smelled nice, the pools were delightful, and the ramen & pho were excellent (not cheap, but worth the price). I'm not a germ-phobe so I wasn't bothered by walking around barefoot (as some people are). My uniform was gigantic which I didn't love, but I kept removing it (wearing a swimsuit) for the saunas (not sure if that's allowed but no one said anything.) Overall nice experience even for a hyper-personality type!
Spent the place with my friend Saturday (yesterday ) we had fun outside pool, drinks sauna until we decided to go downstairs for relaxing nude area . We’re lying down talking and then we saw poop � floating the water!!!! Like what!!!!????? Very unsanitary!!!!!!! For some reason few girls brought their phone inside and taking pictures!!!!!! In the nude area ? Disaster day indeed!!!! �����
Great Spa however I don't understand why the employees get to lay up in the relax area taking up spaces that should befor the patrons and also it's a spa why charge $4 to rent a towel give me a break
