My girlfriend took me for the first time yesterday, yes the children's thing made little sense (but that's a guest issue). I had a great time, felt very relaxed and could see myself going back there down the road.
Everything is totally reasonable....I do not believe it should be open to kids because there is alcohol but to each its own. Pools are fantastic.. Perfect romantic get away.
It was very crowed although it is kid friendly it was over populated by kids yesterday not the most relaxed experience I will say the message was worth the wait and worth every penny

Not a review but a tip: IMPORTANT: They now require an ID from ALL patrons. They enter the number and name from the ID into their system and link it to your watch number. They then require you to sign an electronic waver saying that you agree that they are not responsible for anything that happens while you are there . Not sure if the ID has to be photo ID and/or government issued. Place was amazingly empty on Friday evening.
They cancelled on me and never notified me after I called and told them I was stuck in traffic. I get there and they tell me we cancelled your appointment and I would be charged 20% of my service. Long story short I was charged 20% for a service they canceled on me and for a service I never received. Very bad first experience!
Went on a couples date with Nilda Guzman-Cruz, and we had a blast. I've been before, just was not sure if this was the same establishment. Food and drink were extremely expensive, but the drink were on point. Sauna beds were nice with jets beating into your back.... which is good for me, having a pinched nerve. The Jacuzzi was relaxing and the pool was fun. Wish I had gotten the mud massage, will next time. Definately will go back again and will remember the name.
Liked it I would definitely go back on a day that kids r in school I strongly believe that a “spa” should be for adults & not children...but overall it was a nice place
It’s a great spot to go and relax. It’s my fourth time going there.
