Way too many children. And there was children in the nude pools, that was too strange for me. You pay to get in and you pay even more when you do get in. But oh the parking is free. Won't be going back. �

I've been visiting Spa Castle since 2008. It's the best place to achieve a healthy mind and body.
I've only gone to use the water facilities which doesn't really involve communication with the staff. I always enjoy it when I go but it can get crowded. Best to go early so that by the time the crowd comes you're done with the water. Too many children sometimes too. Should have an adult only day or hours.

After going through intense physical therapy for 2 months for my back & finally getting back into work. My back started to feel sore again & so my fiance took me here to relieve the tension in my back. After spending $80 for us both to enter we made an appoitment for me to get a facial at 1pm. So we utilized the saunas and grabbed some lunch from the buffet which charged $12 per lbs. I went to my appointment at 1pm for the facial and they overbooked my appoitment. Overcrowded on holidays and poor costumer service at the reception . There was no one available at the information desk when I went there for a question . Answering phones ?forget about it ! Food was cold and boring !
