Everything ok, pools fine, hot tubs wonderful. Waiting time for entrance and for food are terrible.
Forget Cancun. This place is the real deal. Good staffs and good food.
...again! No surprise at all! This place is going down every time I visited! It was ok few years ago! Top of that is very expensive,poor service,no drinking water there,not really eatable food,salads for this coast?? Drunk people!! Noise and children are jumping! Not clean! Etc......not recommended to anyone!!!

I had a fantastic day yesterday. I had massage 💆 nice fruit crepe & white sangria while in the hot tub. Couldn’t of asked for a better day.
Over priced food and drinks. I especially hate that you can't drink in the pool.
What I love: the pools on the 3rd floor and locker area, along with the sauna rooms. Food selection is very good and there’s a terrific range of massage and facial services. What I loathe: Grade-school age kids running around, yanking open sauna doors to stick their heads in and blab away, which is hugely disruptive. People letting their kids into the massage pools and babytalk away even with the “no children under 2.5 feet rule”.
