I had thoughts of attending Spa Castle but based on how you treated one of your customers (A family member of mine), I'd proudly decline. Your staff or manager did not helping retrieve her outer wear jacket which was stolen, I take it that you run business the way you want it. Def appreciated the 176 degree sauna and the massage jets in the pools outside. Thanks for a pleasant and relaxing day. =)

I went there with my family. With my 3 kids had fun.
It could've been a little cleaner and it needs an elevator for the wheelchair bound people and elderly. Saunas should have option to sit and not just lay down on floor....otherwise.....alright
