Great service. Poor customer service. The supervisor for massage threatened to give my spot away after changing my appointment without telling me first. Secondly the manager JP asked what I want him to do about it instead of apologizing for the nonsense which took place.

The facilities are AMAZING!! I've been to other Korean style spas in VA & CA!! This one has the best amenities hands down!! HOWEVER I would never go back on a weekend!! The overcrowding noise and children everywhere totally fucked up my Zen!! I will go back with the Groupon on a weekday!!

Was very impressed with the layout. My daughters gave me my first SPA treatment as my Mother's Day gift👍🏼Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Would be recommendinig to my friends.

I been coming here for a couples years now I simply love it
very relaxing. first time there and would def go again. a few issues though... they didn't allow my own flip flops or good but said others with food and flip flops. not very fair. but overall decent. good was pricey. not enough chairs
