The first there was a man that was touching me and my daughter. And other women in the pool. Then we got the employee to get him out. And the second time it was fine.
A very relaxing retreat overall . However, the water temperature in the Bar Lounge area should be a bit warmer and childern should not be allowed to play in there . There are plenty of other places where their parents could supervise them...the bar lounge is NOT that place. The outside pools and level 1 pools were amazing indeed and the massage services were great . Customer service could try to be friendlier and not rush people ...smiling also helps. Mozzarella sticks no marinara sauce n coconut shrimp no tartar sayce was available
The place is amazing but is overrun with annoying misbehaving children. Kids don't belong in a spa. Get a freaking babysitter and stop ruining the experience for the rest of us. There should be a childfree day!
I love it second time and im comeing back every week or two...

4 of us got facial .3 of us got burnt on our faces.
The valet parking stole things from inside of my car plus some parents don't have control of their kids
