We decided to join this gym about 2 weeks ago and we are thrilled to be members so far. The equipment is nice and there is an abundance of every machine you could possibly think of to get oneself in shape. The staff is courteous and there is always a trainer on hand if you have any questions. We enjoy the atmosphere and I have yet to feel judged in any way shape or form.
Joined this week and I am Loving it!!! Everyone is super nice and very helpful!!

Love this place. There is always someone ready to help and answer questions. The staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been members for many years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I worked at the Spa for a year and a half as a Zumba instructor and loved it! The owner weren't only my employers, but also my friends. The members were always smiling and ready to dance. I left because I moved back to Ohio or I'd still be teaching there. I highly recommend the Spa to anyone looking to workout!

The Spa Athletic Club is the best of athletic clubs in Hickory. Their trainers are the best of the best. With options for child care while you work out, a full size pool, men and women's locker rooms, it really is the best gym with more personalized touch for your health and your needs. So call them, and take a tour!

I was a member of the Spa for about a year. Nothing but great things to say about it. Plenty of equipment and machines. Great, friendly staff. The owners are awesome and always have a smile on their faces. The only reason I am not still there is because my wife and I moved back to Ohio. But a highly recommended gym! ��
