club has a good program ( Silver Sneakers) Been going for three weeks and my body feels better, my muscles and joints feel much better.The instructors are great,Had no balance at all starting to feel so much looser.I am not young and are feeling better. Thank You.
Spa Athletic Club is a very nice, friendly, inviting, and CLEAN place to workout! The staff is awesome, the patrons are friendly, and the equipment is great.
I liked the gym it works for all levels. . Except the music. Lol.
