It's awesome. Best gym in Hickory They have a day care for you to put your kids in .Have a sauna ,hot tub and a steam room. The management is super great along with the trainers.I love the new machines they have
If you are looking for a nice, clean, friendly place to work out the spa is the place.

This has got to be the best gym in town!! I haven't been to a gym in over 10 years for fear of being judged and the people here DO NOT make me feel that way. I just met Kelly and found her to be so sweet and helpful, as well as the other employees!! Can't wait to train with a trainer too!!
