The best thing I did for myself was joining the SPA ATHLETIC CLUB. THE staff is awesome. It is the best in town.
The Spa Athletic Club of Hickory is AWESOME! Clean, friendly, great place with a lot of equipment for all. Love the separate women areas!! Well worth the money!
