Best gym I've found in 40+ years. Great atmosphere, finest equipment and Five Star Staff! They are friendly, helpful and courteous!
It is the best gym in Hickory North Carolina. I have been a member since 1985.Would not think bout going anywhere else .We have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub steam room, daycare for parents that have kids.Also a sauna. I love the new equipment that they have .Most of all the staff
