Steam room, Sauna and Pool are the best in Western North Carolina. Full gym puts the Spa over the top. Clean locker room and showers and plenty of parking leaves no excuse not to enjoy yourself.
As a mom of 3, what I love most about this place is that they offer child care. That’s not easy to find at most gyms! I also love that they have a separate work out area for women. The staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to join a gym!
I joined here seven months ago almost. I love the staff, love the ladies only workout area, and I adore the cleanliness of everything. The childcare is my kids favorite thing to do, They ask to go to the gym � We went through some major life changes as a family when I first joined and I am so grateful my kids and I have this place, as a single mom it’s my “me” time and I enjoy every second of it.
