I’m in the process of purchasing a slightly older property, the surveyor mentioned there may be asbestos in the artex of the ceilings which I found concerning as they are a bit tatty. James and the team have been great. Liaising with the estate agent and arranging to assess the property and take some small samples. The assessment was very thorough, and provided a comprehensive report with sample results that showed there is no asbestos in the artex. Which gave me a huge relief.
