Went to get an evri parcel (box of beer) and the man was very rude. He pretended he couldn’t find it and only when I stood in the shop for 10 minutes he told me to come back at 2pm. I said why ? He said his manager might find it then: I asked him to look again or ring his manager as I couldn’t come back at 2pm. Only after me refusing to leave the shop (5 customers later) til he looked again for it he found it and it was open. I have had a number of negative experiences when using their Evri Service. It's worth giving them a miss as there are other local Evri Parcel Shops that provide much better customer service.
I use them for Evri.
Great store and very friendly staff. My elderly mother misses them as store is currently closed
