Great experience and great company, we had a piece of carpet made in a rug as we couldn’t find one big enough for the room- done absolutely amazing and at an brilliant price thank you so much
Shop experience good and Luke was incredibly helpful...initially. since having the flooring fitted throughout the house it's become apparent (as per other reviewers experiences) that the carpet and lino installation was substandard. I have miscuts that have been badly patched and the overall finish is poor. Tried to contact Luke to discuss the worst area (the kitchen) who responded quickly and appeared helpful, but now I've been completely ghosted. Had to write a review to say how fantastic my experience with this company was. Luke was friendly and helpful and guided us to exactly what we needed at exactly the price we were looking for. He was also able to arrange them being fitted the following week. The fitters that came to fit the carpets in our bedrooms did a great job and the carpets look amazing. The customer service and professionalism of everyone in this company is outstanding. Thank you so much, we are really happy we chose you!
What an amazing shop for all types of flooring in Exeter .Small family business and I was helped by luke who is so knowledgeable of all the products .He even went put of his way to come and measure up at very short notice so that I could place an order for a quick delivery. Flooring is being fitted within a week which I'm thrilled about and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience .Thankyou for the laughs and banter luke 🤣 keep doing what you do as it works ......x
