Disrespectful Driver and Poor Delivery Practices. “Leaving a package on the pathway is not delivery—it’s negligence! STC clearly doesn’t train their drivers properly.,but the driver also had the worst attitude when I asked why. Do better!”
Poor excuse of a company, waited in Thursday for my delivery & booked the day of work paid for builder’s as order was promised to come, as the order was due to be delivered i got a phone call to say they had a tech fault. Gates broke on building apparently & won’t be fixed for 48 hours. Customer service in Liverpool said I would be able to pick up, the person I spoke to from the local depot has ingore all my phone calls it is now Monday & currently I have no idea where my order is.
