Big refurbishment. Sadly I have to shame this firm. Genuinely very disappointed. Keeping it brief 1. Communication a big problem practically illiterate. 2. Full of promises never kept, unreliable. 3. Spent 6 hours cleaning up after wallpaper stripping & plastering finished, dust everywhere. 4. They do not understand the concept of quality. 5. Skill level far below average.
