Absolutely terrible!! Rude for no reason and gave us a bike that was not fit for the road. After several attempts to repair it ourselves, we eventually locked it up and left it in Walberswick. Unrideable! Ruined our day and made worse that he didn’t answer any calls for help. Use the place on the seafront. Much better bikes and well maintained.

Fantastic service, cannot fault Tony at all good communication in making arrangements from London. Delivered as promised and made sure the bikes ‘fitted’ before he left. Great value for money! Thank you 🚲😊
