I rented a condo for a week during labor day and the first night we were greeted with german roaches. In the morning I awoke to more roaches! I paid over $900 for the week, stayed only one night and Mariette of E&M will not give me a refund for the remaining 7 nights. I paid for a condo that I did not stay in and had to find another condo for the week in the same area. My advice to anyone - stay far away and rent from anyone else!
