This place is a fucking joke!!!! I gave my copay plus what I had in my wallet which was $9 (which was all I had.) the heifer at the desk told me that if I couldn't shell out and additional $63.50 I could be seen. So I say fuck this hospital and there doctors. There doctors don't give a shot about there patient or the factor that they patients are financially challenged.
Nurses very rude act like they don't want to be there! I won't go here unless I absolutely have too.
They were pretty nice to me. Took care of my needs and they were very friendly
I love southwestern medical center as soon as I got there they immediately put me in a room and took care of me I was there for maybe 1 hour at the most thank you southwestern medical center for helping me I give you 20 thumbs up
Waiting time was minimal. It was very busy but the pre-registration staff was courteous & had smiles for everyone. Jo, that checked me in, very efficient & professional.
