I would have rated five star, but Joe in registration really upset me by waiting on her friend before me; instead of calling names off the list. Then she did not write my name on the list for surgery or lost some of my paperwork (not sure which); but, I had to go back to registration again the morning of surgery. Everything else was AMAZING! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have categorized the hospitals here as infirmary of a prison, witch doctors, and in the shadows with the shadow man. I will take my chances with the infirmary. At least i know if i die at least they poked it to see if it was life threatening. I mean it's the same thing i did before i got there. Wondered what is it? Poke it to see if it hurts. Scream in pain, prognose it hurts go to doctor for nurse to do it then wait an hour to see if i have the same reaction to the doctor or someone new poking... read more
My sister was there the last part of August, tbey ran all kinds of test , then sent her come without telling her anything. She went back there yesterday morning at 5 o'clock in the morning for pain all over her body, they admitted her and told her she had florid on her lungs. Me and other family members drove .Lawton, I went to the nurse station and asked for her nurse for footies at 1:30 and we never got them . They did give a shot for the pain at 1:00 pm. Careful this place is like scum of the Earth. Even if you make payments on your bill they will turn it over to a debt collector and destroy your credit. It's disturbing how they can say they actually care about their patient when they care about their patients money.
I had to take my son to the ER today and it was the best ER experience I have ever had. Quick, efficient and caring. The nurses, PA and Doctor were all outstanding and made sure he didn't hurt too much. Outstanding care.
Wow what a nightmare. VES sent us to several different providers for his VES paperwork, nowhere have we been treated so poorly. Steven had to be admitted before they will draw his blood work. So he goes to admitting, 9:00 am. 12 people 2 registrar. Yep, this is going to go well. I went to lab and asked since he's VES does he still have to go through admitting, yes. So I go back to admitting, 9:15, 17 people waiting 3 registrar. He finally gets called to be admitted. Then another registrar shows up, Jo. What a complete ray of... read more
They brought me through with a good report I would highly recommend them for just about any situation .
I was in the er today for a heart issue and Dr. Mallings, I believe was her name, and all of the nursing staff were amazing! They were patient with me and reassuring through my fears of what was about to be done. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was OK the entire time! Best experience I've had with an er staff! Thank you all so much!
