Well they could have done better with my daughter . They just sent her hone with some soft an cuz her flu test came back negative. She is worse this morning so I've made her a Dr appointment for this afternoon. She left upset really sick and in alot of pain

Our experience was wonderful. Staff and volunteers were very professional.
Seriously would give their billing office 0 stars if possible. Of a 20 minute phone call, I was on hold for 18 of those minutes while they did "research"- which, might I add, they have to do every time. I work in a medical billing office. She came back to tell me it had only been 13 of the 14 business days they are allotted to get the paperwork out to me. And it would be sent out Monday. This is the 2nd time I've requested this paperwork, so technically it's been over 45 days. It's seriously a waste of time to call them.
Uninformed staff, the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. The ward my wife was placed after a same day surgery ended up being over night stay because that ward is short staffed and it takes forever to get the doctors to inform family and patient how you get ripped muscles when using scalples. Pain management is not a priority for this Hospital and my wife was awake all night in tears and pain with no relief in sight because the nurses think a 5 mg Percocet is the go to drug for pain.
The people we so nice and courteous. The nurses were the best I enjoyed them and I wasn't the patient my daughter was. The doctor was very informative before and after the operation.
This place is a fucking joke!!!! I gave my copay plus what I had in my wallet which was $9 (which was all I had.) the heifer at the desk told me that if I couldn't shell out and additional $63.50 I could be seen. So I say fuck this hospital and there doctors. There doctors don't give a shot about there patient or the factor that they patients are financially challenged.
