Everyone was so professional. Excellent professional care.
Took my Dad there several times and they are very not nice, the doctor we've seen doesn't explain everything in detail and doesn't take the time to listen and answer any questions we have, and the Nurses there need more training on bedside manners and professionalism and communication and they need to learn that the majority of thier patients are elderly people and are very fragile and sensitive and they need to learn how to handle with Care.
Thank you team members of the ER I visited the hospital 2 within 3 days. The staff understood my pain and were very comforting to me knowing they need I was hurting so bad. Thank you to the Dr and nursing staff
