RecommendedThis hospital is very clean and neat. The staff is very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely nice and have taking care of all of my needs. I will never go to a different hospital, I’ll always come back here. But hopefully I won’t have to LOL! The doctors and nurses and aids keep up the good work you are very much appreciated from this woman right here! 🥰
This hospital needs to be close down they are the worst don’t care about patients please seek care somewhere else
RecommendedThe Er was very slow, sat there for 3 hours before my mom got taken back. But once admitted, the nurses and doctors took great care of her. Nurse Amanda was amazing
horrible bedside manner. doctors dont know what they are doing.
Was in the emergency room on Friday for flu like symptoms but was checked by a Dr. Roberts on that day he said I was okay and only gave me a prescription for 3 each Prednisone which made things worse, Saturday night for a while I could only breathe through my mouth, today I went to a clinic and tested positive for Influenza.
RecommendedAll of the nurses that I had during my stay with my daughter were so helpful and caring. The rest of the staff that visited our room were also very friendly and sweet. This is my second baby to be born at this hospital and the first time was just as great. Thank you for making our experiences so enjoyable.
My 9 month old had a 104.4 fever and 2 different people told us she had a double ear infection but didn’t document it so she couldn’t get a antibiotic and I had to take her to the doctor today to get her ears checked to find out she indeed has a double ear infection AND an upper respiratory infection. She’s been miserable since Monday and the staff at SMC was NO help!
RecommendedWe were so pleased with service doctors nurses and all other staff members. I will go back next time we need a hospital
