I have had several surgeries at SWMC and I was cared for with the upmost respect and caring of Dr. Michael Kuglitsch and the entire staff here. I recommend this hospital.
The nurses at labor and delivery do NOT check up on you at all. The day shift nurses aren't so bad but the night shift nurses will completely neglect you so they can stay on their phone and gossip with the other nurses. They gave me husband an attitude cause he went to see why I hadn't received my pain meds and they had no explanation as to why. I once again and to remind the night shift of my meds and they asked what meds I've been taken ,etc. I told her all of which should be in my record and she threw an attitude. It does... read more
Fuck that place, I waited 5 hours tonight to just be seen by a doctor n never did get seen so I left. Hope my gulbladder doesn't burst anytime soon but if it does I'm not going back to that piece of shit hospital. Comanche memorial treated me hella better than southwestern ever did

My daughter was given an inaccurate diagnosis at the other hospital in town. We didn't have time to go to the clinic at Reynolds so we remembered she could use her Tricare here at SWMC... The emergency room staff were phenomenal.... They started immediately giving meds, drawing blood, and taking xrays, etc.... As a mother you hate to see your child in pain, but the staff in the ER took excellent care of my daughter and she was diagnosed accurately this time .... Thank you,
