I was in the er today for a heart issue and Dr. Mallings, I believe was her name, and all of the nursing staff were amazing! They were patient with me and reassuring through my fears of what was about to be done. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was OK the entire time! Best experience I've had with an er staff! Thank you all so much!
They didn't even have the education to x-ray a newborn that was carried breach for 4 months. Apparently neither did Dr. 7 years later that baby girl has just had a third surgery on hip. All could have been prevented at birth.
We've been dealing with billing problems for years now. I was told to wait to pay anything until all the insurance was figured out. I did, they sent everything to collections then when i went in and talked to the lady in billing she told me she was pulling everything out of collections right then. But surprise, all the accounts are still in open collection status on our credit and I'm still get collection notices. I filled a complaint with the BBB. I can't say enough how awesome the staff and doctors were! They took such excellent care of my son and really cared. Highly highly recommend this hospital
I cant even explain how incredible the labor and delivery nurses were. They did an amazing job delivering my son along with Dr Zweig (c: The nurses that were from the nursery took amazing care of my little one and the recovery nurses for me were wonderful too. Thank you so much for making that experience great!
Southwestern hospital is by far the worst place to go or to be seen at worst staff, they give 2 shits about the people that walk thru the door. They sit up front and eat and gab gab gab and forget about the patient. They should keep In mind no patient, no paycheck..I will make sure everyone I know steers clear of that horrid place
F'ing ridiculous. Been here since 230am and it's not busy in the ER and we still haven't seen a doctor. Actually haven't seen one AT ALL. Not even walking around since we been here.
