Awesome service department
We could not have asked for better service or attention to our needs than with Southwest. They actually listen and tailor the sale to the customer which for us was key. Our sales person Hunter Elam was knowledgeable on all aspects of our car and got us the best deal of any dealership we checked with. We are very very happy with the Tiguan (amazing car for the money) and also our experience! Thank you to everyone at Southwest.

Called about a car I saw online, Marisol answered and verified they still had it, I showed up the same day and the car was everything she said it was, I ended up buying it, she made the whole purchasing a new vehicle (my first vehicle) a great experience, will definitely recommend buying a car from her. 10/10 satisfied customer .
I think that the two young ladies named Heather Frances and Marisol Fernandez went out of their way to make us comfortable and at ease, answering all our questions, plus after the sale Marisol was so very helpful ,both ladies helped switch our belongings from one car to the next,marsisol even fixed our cell phones to work in our new car along with changing the floor mats out,we were very impressed by both,I totally recommend this company along the two sales ladies
