Terrible price gouging tactics. My beetle broke & I called the dealership. They didn't offer towing. I called a towing co & had delivered to the store. I told them the fuel pump was suspect. Next day they called to verify it was the fuel pump. Estimate was nearly $1000 to fix...$600 for pump & sending unit. 3.5 hours labor to install. I checked & found OEM part for $50 & watched a video to change...took 45 minutes! I bought my first Volkswagon 2 weeks ago. My sales associate was Awesome, she looked for the car I told her I wanted and called me when they had it in stock. On a limited budget, having been to multiple dealers where no one would budge out of the office to help a customer, we had not been on the Southwest Volkswagen lot even 5 minutes before Jennifer was out the door pulling up their inventory matching my parameters.
