I have been dreading buying a car but Rachel is making this the easiest process ever. She is really taking the stress out of finding the right car for my kids and I. I expected another shady and pushy sales man but she has been extremely honest. I really feel like she's trying to find us the best car to fit our needs and budget.
I have never had a faster and easier car buying experience saw a beetle online and called to verify it was at the dealership Samantha was so helpful and told me she would have it ready when I came in and it was! I got to the dealership later than expected and was treated to nicely mike was very helpful and so was heather thanks for staying way past closing to get me a sweet deal I’m loving my little bug ���

Made a false deal with me to get me into the dealership only to try and sell me a different car than agreed upon. I live an hour away, got a babysitter and left work early. Then was told sorry, we can do the deal but since we don’t have the other interior the price will be higher. Said there must have been a misunderstanding. Yet, I have it all in writing with our correspondence. Was told nothing else they can do about it. Terrible business and customer service.
Do not buy a car here. Dishonest. Did the old bait and switch trick on us tonight. Thank you, Rachel, for showing us the ethics of this dealership before we purchased a vehicle here. I'm sure it will save us years of grief and bad service.
