Great experience purchasing our car, Marisol Fernandez our sales lady did an excellent job. Had many questions over a period of a week before purchasing, she was very good about answering then all quickly. The dealership was far from home, but after dealing with Marisol for few days before visiting, I was willing to to take the extra drive to see the car, she was very polite and calming us through the process, never pushing us.
the service people dodged all contact and kept it too long, they only lowered the price significantly when I got a few thousand financed for repairs, which honestly if it didn’t break all of the time I wouldn’t have had to finance. Guess what the best part is after having it forever, and then financing a repair it’s still not repaired, and they still don’t care.
Great place that will take care of you and make you family.
Not a reliable dealership. A friend bought a brand new car from them that turned out to be a lemon and they have done nothing to help or make it right.
We purchased a new vehicle from SW VW and had a great experience. Jeff Kennedy took time showing us different cars and made us feel very comfortable about our purchase.

We purchased a new VW Atlas tonight from SouthWest VW and had a great experience. It was quick, easy, no annoying haggling back and forth over the price, etc. A different sales associate even played cars with our toddler so we could get our paperwork completed. Patrick was our sales associate and he was AWESOME! I've never purchased a car from someone who was so kind, down to earth, and zero pressure to buy. Had a very fun and Neat experience. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle so I was pretty nervous. But Patrick was so welcoming and helpful. One of my main concerns was that I always hit the roof of any vehicle I drive in because I’m 6,1 and a pretty big guy. Patrick was able to help me find the perfect car that fit me just right.
