The service manager told my daughter it would be 3 hours for an oil change and it was 3 hours and 70 dollars later and they don’t even clean the car. I called and talked to the service manager and he told me it was 45 min to get an oil change and agreed that 3 hours would be ridiculous but yet that is what he told my daughter. I believe he was taking advantage of the fact she is young and a woman. You would have to want a Volkswagen awful bad to buy one from someone who treats customers like that. I cruised over from Fort Worth to Weatherford last week and had just begun the hunt for a new vehicle. Patrick Rodriguez greeted us and showed us around. Great experience purchasing our car, Marisol Fernandez our sales lady did an excellent job. Had many questions over a period of a week before purchasing, she was very good about answering then all quickly. The dealership was far from home, but after dealing with Marisol for few days before visiting, I was willing to to take the extra drive to see the car, she was very polite and calming us through the process, never pushing us.
