The staff is amazing. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. My issues were addressed and I felt like they really cared about me. This place is awesome!!!!
I've been a patient for over 15 years. I have always seen Tim. He is a great doctor. Over the years the customer service, and the bedside manner, and the time actually spent in the room has decreased. I wouldn't say not to go to Southwest Skin and Cancer, but know that the care is not exceptional. I now feel like just a number or dollar sign. Less than 5 minutes in the room wether it's a mole being removed, warts on my children, or acne medication. Today they lost a very reliable, long term patient.
