Scott Condie and his assistant were amazing!! So greatful to them for the procedure they did for me today, front desk are not friendly and practically hounded me for my insurance card that I had emailed multiple times! Once they received it they never apologized for holding me up after just having my scalp cut into twice!!! No smiles when you walk in, such a disappointing experience from them on the 2 occasions I have been here, sorry girls but you need to show a lot more compassion when working the front desk in the medical... read more

I was blown away by the friendly, efficient staff and care. I saw Dr Austin Smith. My appt started on time. He was very nice AND knowledgeable AND easy to understand AND asked me if I had any questions. All questions that I had were answered with kindness and patience, in clear language. The entire clinic has excellent communication and I felt very secure in their expertise. The cost was way less than expected, too!
Way impressed. Called yesterday. In this morning. Called back right at my scheduled appointment time. Quick, friendly, and super knowledgeable. In and out in 15 minutes. Scott explained things fast and in language I could follow. 👍
Got me in quickly. Friendly staff. Had cyst removed, and have been having a lot of pain. really wished they had an after hours call 📱 center
They got me in the day after I called, I didn’t have to wait long in the office and the visit went great! They were fast and very friendly. I saw Dr. Nowatzke and would recommend him to anyone.
