SWP just kicked my grandchildren to the curb for pediatric care because they couldn't keep a credit card on file for their care, regardless of the fact that my daughter has NEVER reneged on her financial responsibility of her account for the three years her children have been under their care. This tells me that the concern is for money and not children. In a day when credit card fraud is so prevalent I find this to be a poor practice.
This place was amazing! My wife and I felt really comfortable with out visit! Staff was amazing and so gentle with our newborn baby! Dr Panithi was amazing and very thorough and explained everything! Would recommend this place to any new and experienced parents!!
SWP is the best pediatric office in Bakersfield. My son has been a patient since he was born. Dr. Amin has been such a blessing to my family. She has the best bed side manners and is extremely caring. Not only is she very knowledgable, she is also patient and kind. I can't thank her enough for helping me through some of the most challenging years of my life. Dr. Shah is AMAZING. I just got a phone call at 7:00 pm to let me know my daughter's strep was positive. So thankful for the care there....
We loved being greeted by Maria and said hello to Amy. We've been going to the office for almost 14 years now. Dr. Shah and Maria did a great job making my son still feel comfortable even though he's not so little any more. Thanks for the check up and the conversation. Merry Christmas!
