We have been patients of Dr. Shah's for over a year now with our first child, Scarlett. From the very beginning, Scarlett had some medical issues that caused us to be in and out of the office every day for two weeks. Dr Shah gave us his personal cell phone number and would check in with us at night to see how she was doing. He would send us test results over text message and was available for all our calls. We've been with Southwest Pediatrics for more than 15 years and three children. Dr. Shah and his nurses are great. Maria has always been so helpful. They are always available when we need them.
I can not say enough nice things about the staff at SW Pediatrics.
I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. I've been taking my kids there for 8 years now. I couldn't be happier. All three of my children love Dr Santiago. Everyone is super nice there. �
I absolutely adore the staff at this office. I think the only thing I don't like is that it never fails that once my son gets comfortable with a doctor we like they leave the office. There are a few doc I won't see here because I felt very rushed when they were in the room and felt like they weren't listening to my concerns. Other then that it's a very clean and friendly office.
