I would highly recommend southwest pediatrics, in particular Kat (nurse practitioner) and Dr.Shah. Being a first time mom, I am constantly worrying about my daughter who is 2 months old. Kat answered all my questions and reassured me when I needed it. She never made me feel crazy, even though I’m sure some of my questions were ridiculous. She was awesome with our daughter and even gave me her personal cell number to contact her if I had any questions/concerns. Horrible series of experiences here. Egotistical doctors who don't even listen to what you are reporting. Draconian policies regarding cancellation. Bull headed staff. Don't go here. We tried them several times and kept getting the same horrible service. They forced us to make an appointment to do lab work on a stool sample (after the doctor assured us we could just drop it off).
