Booked them for a quote, I asked, did I need to be there and they insisted yes, in case there were any questions. I booked time off work and they never turned up. No phone call or contact. Poor service.

Office staff quoted and received cost within days, work commenced on the day they had given, no hold ups, the roofers worked all day just taking their lunch break no tea breaks although i offered, they were very professional, polite, and friendly. On completion they left the site spotless and they have done an exceptional job replacing the roof - not one negative at all, I highly recommend this company, thank you to all staff at SMA
