Was contacted by Ben and set up a day and time to look at the truck. When we arrived, I called Ben and was passed off to Jimmy (salesman with little experience). He went to look for the truck and some time latter it was brought to the front. This vehicle was filthy, not even close to ready to sell. Made an offer on the truck and received a very low appraisal for my trade. I turned down the deal and left. The person I spoke to, Ben, helped me, told me all about the car inside and out , took pictures. Went beyond and below to make me feel secure about that car. I was really sceptical about purchasing a car online without driving it. But he made me feel confident in him and telling me how clean this car was kept before detailed. I did my own background checks from two companies. So his honesty made all the difference. I will refer your dealership to all my friends who need a car or truck. Thank you for everything!
