I bought the vehicle, but it appears that the listing in car gurus was incorrect and they have not, this far, been responsive to that. It was listed in two places as having heated front bucket seats. I have been unable to find any button which offers this option. The vehicle is beautiful, but I think that it should have been advertised correctly. This may have affected my decision to buy it.

Horrible service! I requested pictures of two Ford Expeditions on their lot and they requested that I drive an hour and a half without seeing their vehicle pictures. I have text/called/emailed and still not received any help. At one point they responded “did you not receive them” and I responded no but never heard back. It is extremely frustrating and absolutely rude how they have treated me in trying to purchase a vehicle. Do not waste your time with them!

Came to look at the silver less expensive 2018 model and the black 2019 model. I was told to let him know when I was coming so the 2 model could be pulled up and ready to test drive. I also requested a car fax on the silver model, which I did. We drove nearly an hour to the dealer, neither car was ready and the silver car was not even on the lot, they said someone was using it. Of course I was forced to look at the more expensive model (they did offer a discount on that one) but I feel like it was a little backhanded, needle... read more
