Dealership agreed to a price over the phone. I drove about an hour and a half to buy this pickup but they raised it $1,100 and refused to honor the original deal. DON!T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Very friendly
The guys at Southwest were very accommodating. They gave me a very fair trade-in deal. The car was already a great price so there was no need to have to play any silly games. They even sent someone an hour and a half away to get signatures from my husband! This is real customer service!
Friendly, no haggling with price, financing
I inquired about this car online. I was contacted by Ben right away. Other than the accuracy of a couple small details on the online ad...this car was perfect! I couldnt go until the weekend and was in constant communication with Ben. He was very patient with me and so helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth process for me!!

They were prompt in contacting me, but they sent me pictures that deliberately omitted body damage. I wasted my gas and about a 2 1/2 hour drive to look at a car. I was not given full disclosure in order for me to make an informed decision as to whether it would be something that I would be interested in or not. I would suggest that any dealer who has a vehicle with body damage, take clear pictures of the damage so that the potential buyer doesn’t waste his time or yours
