Very helpful
I have texted and called. I have been being ignored. Saturday I was called and spoke with Jonathan who seemed excited and was attempting to contact westlake fiancing. Everything seemed fine. I sent him a text monday morning and he ignored me. A very bad experience.

ALMOST the WORST experience horrible experience though. No follow up no reply even after I explained that I came pre-approved I asked for pictures, and general questions regarding the Traverse. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone or anyone to call back to seal the deal. No one every. Told me the car sold no one followed up at all. Poor business practices
Jonathan was very helpful. He produced the exact car I was interested in and had everything ready for me when I got there. The car lot was an hour drive for me, but he had me in and out and in the car I wanted in less than an hour. Very pleased with this experience.
