Incompetent and useless. A bunch of us have been complaining about one of their tenants who is on our street. The amount of filth on their front garden is a massive health hazard, especially on a street with vulnerable older people, children and pregnant women. We have complained for over a year and no action has been taken. You call them up to complain with genuine concerns and not a morsel of empathy from them.

Poor service all round to resolve a leak which wss reported a while back and i have had to wait over 3 days for an emergency repair which they just about resolved today. Only for the operative who turned up today cause another leak in a different location of my home and again have to go through the process off emergency call out or wait for 3 weeks for a repair which was caused by them and not me. Spoke with a women (Sophia) this morning regarding emergency repairs at my mums house. She was very helpful and understanding of my mums needs. She went out of her way to help me and to solve the issue. Very professional and supportive Thank you very much Sophia.

Worst housing association in Manchester !! My child hurt herself due to a lack of care from the housing leaving a major hazard I’ve put in a complaint a woman called Natalie replied with we’re sorry this is a lesson learned !! I have gone and got legal advice and will be suing this company
