Southwater are not my usual vets, my kitten had two visits to this surgery and I was very impressed with the service all round - front desk team, nurses and the vet I dealt with were helpful, friendly and informative. Thank you from me & Ziggy for making the visits easy for both of us!
Went to this Vetinary Surgery today as we couldn't get an appointment with our regular vet. They couldn't do enough to accommodate us and our cat. The staff were very friendly and made a huge fuss of our cat too. The cost of treatment was less than half what we would normally have paid so that was massive bonus. No stress for us or the cat. If only this were the standard all vet surgeries strived for. Absolute five star, thanks guys 👍
Very lovely staff, it was our first visit and what a surprised they have a cat corner ( waiting room) where you can put the carriers cages rather than keep them on the floor. Nice peaceful corner to prevent from stressing cats too much from noise and dogs wandering around! Lovely staff! Recommend and very glad to find them also very good parking !
What a brilliant experience, I have a very nervous chihuahua. I explained and they was all really lovely to T.D he was very well looked after and we both have had a great experience. Thank you so much.
