Dr. Jones and staff are amazing! They are always willing to go the extra mile to do whatever is necessary to make sure your fur baby is well taken care of. I have never left feeling less than satisfied about the care my babies receive. Thanks Southridge!
I cannot say enough good things about Southridge. We have seen all the veterinarians there and I can honestly say, we can't pick a favorite. They have been so good to our animals and I can see that everyone there truly cares about my pets. I love calling the girls at the front desk, they are all so sweet and helpful. The veterinarians all take their time and listen to concerns and really take extra care to examine our animals to see exactly what is going on. Dr. Jones is a phenomenal vet. He is a generous, kind, genuine, and understanding. I wouldn't dream of going to another vet in this area. He has treated myself, my husband, and our animals (1 guinea pig and a dog) like royalty. There is so much to admire about his patient/client manner. For this reason, he has many devoted clients but still takes plenty of time with each of us to explain treatments and answer every possible question. Southridge is the best vet around!! We've been taking our pets there for almost 20 years, and won't ever take them anywhere else!
They were great with my bearded dragon. Trimmed her nails and the price was affordable.
Was just hung up on by the office manager! Because I was complaining about their service. Ironic. The worst customer service ever.
Wouldn't bring my fur babies ANYWHERE else. Love it!
