Everything! The entire staff is very welcoming & sincerely care about your pet. The staff at at the front desk, always welcome you & they are very accommodating. The vets explain everything so you understand, they take as much time as needed. You never feel rushed. Techs and vets sit on floor with your animal. Makes your pet feel comfortable. They offer their services to many rescue groups. I have been going there for many, many years. Will never go anywhere else! I could just go on & on.....
Whether it's a phone call, a routine visit, or an emergency- every staff, tech, and vet I interact with at Southridge have been absolutely amazing. Everyone is so kind and comforting and they treat me and my doggo like family. Due to personal finances, I've received recommendations from friends about cheaper veterinary options but I just can't fathom going anywhere else. It is money well spent to feel confident that my dog and I are getting the best care possible for a reasonable price.
Amazing staff always but today was especially great. Called about Gator feeling under the weather and not only did they see him right away Dr. Jones took his time to explain everything and make sure I had full understanding of what was going on. Thank you Dr. Jones and Staff for taking care of our grumpy ole Gator!! We appreciate you!!!!

Dr Jones is the best. Always taken care of our babies. Even cries with us when we have to let them go.. thank you for taking care of our Sweet Millie Mae.. Kirby and Morgan give the best hugs when we don’t know what to do.. such a great staff. Love it
