I am never going anywhere else after my amazing experience with Dr Jones. My Yorkie, Stormy, is 9 years old and doesn't do well with anesthesia. Doc made sure she was the only surgery he had scheduled that day and explained in detail how the surgery was going go. He called the second after he finished and explained how everything went. Love everyone there, and they all truly care about your animals.
I am so glad I found Dr. Jones and his wonderful staff 14 years ago. They are the best animal hospital in the Denton area. The care my fur children have received is the best. The staff at Southridge not only get to know the kids by name when you walk in they know your name as well. When calling into the office they also recognize your voice and call you by name. I love them all dearly.
If I could rate a 0 star I would. This place is a complete joke. A very good friend of mine took her 5 year old dog in on Friday to be spayed and have a couple of growths removed. I am a veterinary technician and have been in veterinary medicine for 20 years now. These are very routine procedures done on a daily basis in every practice. My Corgi mix, Data, was extremely sick with pancreatitis. I was so worried and everyone was so kind. I could tell they really loved animals and cared about my pet. Thank you, everyone at Southridge, for saving my baby and so many others! We are so thankful!
Dog killers! They killed the beloved Bella, in a simple spay procedure and didn't seem to care. Read google reviews!
Thank you so much to Southridge (Dr. Jones and all of their staff!) The ladies at the front desk are awesome and friendly and I can't thank everyone enough for taking care of my cat, Bindi Daves and for saving his thumb! I <3 my polydactyl mitten kitten, and you guys helped him tremendously.
