Dr. Jones and his staff are some of the best. Not only can you see how much they care for your pets, they don't overcharge - in fact they cost me much less than any other vet I've ever gone to, and they are sympathetic to you and your pet. We lost a dog to cancer, but Jones and crew did everything they could for him...even Flix liked going there! My parents little dog has a bad back and Jones got him walking again! Did not have the pleasure of experiencing Southridge Animal Hospital until a couple of years ago. Must say Dr. Jones and his staff are absolutely the best we have encountered in the last 42 years. Highly recommend.
Dr. Jones & staff performed an ACL repair surgery on my bullmastiff, Turco. The staff was very patient with my family as we asked question after question leading up to the surgery, & Dr. Jones was very detailed in what the procedure would consist of. The cost was 1/3 of what I had been quoted at many other facilities. We were very comfortable leaving our baby with the staff at Southridge, because they were so lovable & personable with Turco. I've been coming to Southridge and Dr. Jones for 18-20 years. I feel I got "lucky" when I brought my beloved Pickles to see Dr. Jones for the very first time. Dr. Kyle (as my kids call him) is an amazing person, and I can't think of anyone I would ever want to take care of my babies. His staff is always great, and if there is any kind of a problem, I know it will be taken care of, I worry about nothing with them. I've used Dr. Kyle for 8 of my babies over the years.
