This place is amazing�The people there are very friendly and the doctors know what they are doing� Thank you for always taking care of my babies���
My family and I are so blessed to have been referred to Dr. Jones. He was very prompt and informative with our pup, Charlie, and even called us late in the evening to let us know Charlie was doing great. Pricing was absolutely generous and we cannot thank you all at Southridge enough!!

It is difficult to find a good "exotics" vet, but Dr. Jones is a keeper. He's great with our blue tongue skink (lizard) and always takes the time to explain any diagnoses or treatments to us. He makes sure we know step-by-step how to administer meds and what signs and symptoms to look for. The staff is also great. They always seem enamored with our lizard. We were mis-scheduled once, which was an honest mistake, and Dr. Jones and the staff were so great about it (and apologetic) and worked our baby back into the schedule and... read more

I cannot speak highly enough of South Ridge Animal Hospital. Dr. Kristen Cole and vet techs were so compassionate, warm, and understanding. They did everything to make Bishop comfortable. They got on the floor, offered treats, petted, and rubbed on him the whole time. After explaining to Kirby (the office girl) that Bishop is scared of other dogs, we got to come in the cat side. Bishop was scared to be away from me so they did all of his procedures in the exam rooms. They listened to me. They talked with me. At one point, I ... read more
One of our Maltese recently had health problems. Throughout his illness the clinic did an outstanding job. When we decided it would be best to let him go, the clinic was so sensitive and comforting to my family. We are very grateful that we have their expert help.
